Sports Information

Media Services:
Culver-Stockton College sports information office is available throughout the year to accommodate any media requests. Any and all questions should be directed to John Schild, sports information director.

Credentials:
Request for credentials should be made directly to John Schild (jschild@culver.edu). The request should be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the respective game. They can be picked up at the general ticket booth prior to the contest. All credentials are intended for working media only.

Game Day Services:
All media will be provided with a game program, rosters, pre-game notes, and cumulative statistics of both teams. Statistics will be available at halftime and at the conclusion of the game. Play-by-play will be available at the conclusion of the game. A fax machine is also available in the sports information office after the game. If you need complete game statistics faxed or e-mailed, please give fax numbers and e-mail addresses to a sports information representative before the game and the packets will be sent out immediately following the conclusion of the contest.

Radio/Internet Broadcasts:
Phone lines are available in the football press box, courtside and the baseball press box. Also, the football press box and Charles Field House have wireless access, while the baseball press box has an internet line. The phone and internet lines are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Permission to broadcast and any additional arrangements must be secured from the sports information office.

Post-Game Interviews:
At the conclusion of each game and after a brief "cooling-off" period, coaches and players from both teams will be available to the media. There is currently no media room. All post-game interviews will be conducted in a location designated by the sports information director.

Coach/Player Interviews:
All requests for coach or player interviews during the week should be made at least 24 hours in advance with the sports information office. We will do our best to coordinate an interview time that is convenient for both the coach/student-athlete and media member.

Photographers:
Those persons requesting photo credentials will receive a photo-specific credential. It must be visible at all times and allows for access to the field/court level and press box. No photographers are allowed without the proper credentials obtained beforehand.
