Nick Hill Named Student-Athlete of the Month

Culver-Stockton College sophomore wide receiver Nick Hill has been named the Missouri National Guard Student Athlete of the Month for September.

Hill, business major from Flint, Mich. (Carman-Ainsworth HS / Siena Heights University), has caught at least one pass in all 17 games that he has appeared in for the Wildcats during his career. In one-and-half seasons, Hill has recorded 46 receptions for 738 yards and eight touchdowns. In his brief career at C-SC, he is averaging 16 yards per reception.

This season, Hill has caught 24 passes for 348 yards and three touchdowns. He is currently fifth in the Heart of America Athletic Conference with 24 receptions, tied for eighth in receptions per game (4.0), seventh in receiving yards (348) and eighth in receiving yards per game (58.0).

In addition, to his athletic prowess, Hill is the football representative to the Student-Athlete Leadership Team (SALT) and he has spent several days reading to the youth in the Canton (Mo.) Middle School.
