Ceara Flowers Named Student-Athlete of the Month

Culver-Stockton College senior runner Ceara Flowers has been named the Primo's Pizza and Subs Student Athlete of the Month for November.

Flowers, a nursing major from Curryville, Mo. (Bowling Green HS) is a four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field. She competed in the Heart of America Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships all four seasons, recording a career-best time of 22:36 in the 5-kilometer race in 2012, finishing 57th overall.

Off the course, Flowers has been named to the President's List (4.0 GPA) two times, the Dean's List (3.50-3.99 GPA) two times and the Honor Roll (3.20-3.49 GPA) two times. She has twice been named a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete, earning the honor in 2014 and 2015.
