Cheyenne Roberts Named Student Athlete of the Month for February

Culver-Stockton College senior Cheyenne Roberts has been named the Primo's Pizza and Subs Student Athlete of the Month for February.

Roberts, a bowler from Republic, Mo. (Republic HS), is a four-year letterwinner for the women's bowling team. She has rolled 169 games in her career and sported a career average of 166.02. Roberts just finished her best season where she averaged 170.24 pins per game. Her best career individual finish was ninth at the Andy B's Team Challenge this fall. She also recorded a 17th place finish and a 19th place finish during her career.

Outside the bowling arena, Roberts is pursuing a degree in biological chemistry – pre medicine with a concentration in the honors program. She has been named to the Dean's List three times and the Honor Roll two times during her tenure. In addition, Roberts is vice-president of Alpha Pi science club and president of Beta Beta biological honors fraternity. She is also a member of the Sigma Kappa sorority.

Roberts is the sixth Primo's Student-Athlete of the Month for the 2018-19 school year. Gabby Hickman (women's volleyball), Kehley Bitzas (women's soccer) and Alex Gonzalez (football) were honored in September, October and November, respectively. Mike Johnson (men's basketball) and Carly Harper (women's basketball) were honored in December and January.
