Connor Perrine Named October's Student-Athlete of the Month

Culver-Stockton College wide receiver Connor Perrine has been named the Primo's Pizza and Subs Student Athlete of the Month for October.

Perrine, a junior from Cocoa, Fla. (Space Coast HS) is a three-year member of the Wildcat football team who has played 24 career games. Perrine has amassed 105 career receptions for 1,549 yards and 19 touchdowns. He has averaged 4.4 receptions per game, 14.8 yards per reception and 64.5 yards per game receiving.

In 2019, Perrine was named to the Heart of America Athletic Conference North Division first team after hauling in 47 passes for a team-high 822 yards and 11 touchdowns. He tied a school record with four touchdown passes in a 40-28 victory over Missouri Valley on Sept. 14 of that season. His 822 yards receiving were seventh all-time and his 11 touchdowns were second all-time in a single season at C-SC.

Perrine is slowly climbing up the all-time Wildcat record book charts. He is currently eighth overall in receiving yards with 1,549; and 10th in receptions with 105. His 19 touchdown receptions is second all-time.

In a limited 2020 season, Perrine played in four games and registered 20 receptions for 323 yards and four touchdowns. He averaged five catches per game, 16.1 yards per catch and 80.8 yards per game. Perrine will have two years of eligibility remaining.

Off the field, Perrine is a health science major who has been named to the school's honors list in each of his four completed semesters. He was named to the President's List after the Spring 2019 semester, the Dean's List after the Spring 2019 and Spring 2020 semesters, and the Honor Roll after the Fall 2019 semester.

Perrine is the second Primo's Student-Athlete of the Month for the 2020-21 school year, joining Ellie Packer (women's volleyball) who was recognized in September.
