Culver-Stockton College women's volleyball players and dance team member Elaysia Rasmussen, and men's basketball athlete Ryan Moore have been named the Primo's Pizza and Subs Student-Athletes of the Month for February.

Rasmussen, a senior from Chula Vista, Calif. (Hilltop HS), was a four-year member of the women's volleyball and dance programs. She appeared in 27 of the 28 matches for the Wildcats this season, recording 29 service aces, which was third on the team. After volleyball season, Elaysia performed for the Wildcat dance team and captained the squad for three of her four seasons. She also served as a student assistant for the men's volleyball program this winter.

Outside of athletics, Rasmussen is pursuing a degree in psychology with minors in child advocacy and Spanish. She has been named to the President's List three times, the Provost's List two times and the honor roll one time during her time on the Hill. Elaysia served as vice-president for three years and president for one year of the Young Americans for Freedom Club. She served on the Wildcat's Athletic Council for two years, serving as president on of those seasons.

Moore, a junior from Melbourne, Australia (Caulfield Grammar School), is a is a three-year letterwinner with the men's basketball program. He appeared in all 27 games this past season, making eight starts. Moore averaged 5.9 points and five rebounds while playing 20.3 minutes per game for the Wildcats. He recorded a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds at Benedictine (Kan.) on Dec. 10, 2022.

Off the court, Moore is majoring in graphic design. He works in the marketing and public relations office. He has been listed on academic honors list in each of his five completed semesters, including the President's List three times and the Provost's List two times.  

Rasmussen and Moore are the sixth Primo's Student-Athletes of the Month for the 2022-23 school year. Rachel Iacobellis (women's soccer) and Cade Coon (men's golf) were honored in September while Veiauna Herman (women's volleyball) and Gavin Moeller (men's bowling) were recognized in October. Kirstin Jannin (women's soccer) and Adam Fowler (men's soccer) were November's recipients while Aaliyah Ortiz (women's basketball) and Dominic Herrera (football) were December's honorees. Katie Webb (women's basketball) and Sean Cleary (men's track and field) were lauded in January.
