Seven Wildcat Baseball Players Named Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) honored nearly 1,100 student-athletes in announcing the 2022-23 Daktronics NAIA Baseball Scholar-Athletes from 150 schools across the country.

Culver-Stockton College had seven baseball players lauded by Daktronics and the NAIA. Those honored were Anthony Ribes, Braden Taylor, Caden Power, Donovan Prost, Isaac Griffin-Akana, Kannon Kirk and Ryan Teuscher.

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
