Men's Soccer Held to Five Shots in Loss at Park
The Culver-Stockton men's soccer team allowed 27 overall shots and four goals in a 4-0 Heart of America Athletic Conference loss to Park University Saturday afternoon in Parkville, Mo.
The Pirates put 13 of their 27 shots on goal while limiting the Wildcats to five shots overall, none of which were on goal. C-SC Tom Freear made nine saves in the game.
C-SC, which is now 0-9-3 overall and 0-6-0 in the Heart, is slated to play 22nd-ranked Central Methodist University next Saturday, Oct. 12, in Canton, Mo. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m. at Ellison Poulton Stadium.
